Hi there,
I am new to 3CX and trying to learn how to use and manage the system in my home environment.
The current setup so far is 3CX Phone System v15, which has been great to configure at a basic level so far, however the VOIP details I have are not registering. I am based in Australia and have a bundle with VOIP and NBN.
The settings below are what I have to work with.
ProxyServer: ims01.yesphone.optus.com.au
ProxyServerPort: 0
RegistrarServer: ims01.yesphone.optus.com.au
RegistrarServerPort: 0
ConferencingURI: sip:[email protected]
UserAgentPort: 5060
OutboundProxy: 210.49.225.84
OutboundSecondaryProxy: 210.49.224.84
RegisterExpires: 3600
RegisterRetryInterval: 20
DSCPMark: 46
AuthUserName:+61240xxxxxx
AuthPassword: xxxxxxxxx
URI: +61240xxxxxx
However when added as a generic provider the sip trunk sends registration but is rejected and I cannot work out why as all the information is correct.
Can someone assist me
