Orbtalk driving me mad

Dear All,
I have registered all my other lines with sipgate no problem, but orbtalk says its registered but when I phone the number is says im not online.
So 3cx version 5 says registered, orbtalk doesnt.
The registrar for orbtalk is orbtalk.co.uk and the outbound proxy is nat.orbtalk.co.uk:5065, if I change any settings away from this it wont register, so it seems all the details are correct yet, I'm not online.

Dear All,
I have sorted it, just in case people need to know, I got rid off the stun server address on the config of the voip provider.
Works fine now
George
