We have a on site self hosted 3CX Instance and our main Orbtalk sip trunk keeps failing to register then registering over and over again. the error we get is :
Any idea what could be causing this?
We have another Voicehost trunk on this same instance but that one isn't having any problems. We contacted Draytek who provide our routers about this before and they suggested upping the timout time on udp sessions, which we did and that seemed to fix it but a week later with those same settings we're having the disconnect problem again. Also we have other instances hosted off site for customers also using Orbtalk but they're not having these problems.
Any idea what could be causing this?
