Hi Guys,
I am trying to integrate the 3CX to a ticket system, but with no luck.
I am getting this error
Started scenario with empty id
Request text: http://localhost - just for not posting my real ip
System.Exception: Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason=Bad Request - Content=URL not supported
at CrmIntegration.ScenarioProcessorBase.ProcessRequest(ScenarioRequest request, IValueManager customManager, HttpClient client, CancellationToken token)
at CrmIntegration.ScenarioProcessorBase.ProcessScenario(ProtocolScenario scenario, IValueManager customManager, CancellationToken token)
at CrmIntegration.ScenarioProcessorBase.Execute(ProtocolScenario scenario, CancellationToken token)
at CrmIntegration.CrmProcessor.GetContactInfoFromCrm(String contactNumber, String destinationEmail, Boolean createIfNotFound, CancellationToken token)

I really have no idea why this is happening. Would you be able to give me some help?

I have attached the xml from the template editor. All i need are these variables to open a ticket :
name'
'email'
'phone'
'mobile'
'subject'
'message'
'ip'
'm_number

Thanks a lot!

This is your server returning an error:
Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason=Bad Request - Content=URL not supported

You should check with the server API what you're sending wrong...

Hi, i made a manual script to use the API and was able to create a ticket. But when i create the XML, using the same tags and link (URL) for the API, this is the error. Can you give me some ideas on where to look at, server side seems to be okay.

I would like to see your working script, and the template, to compare them and spot the error.

I think i got the issue. I was using HTTP APi, and i think the 3cx does not support it. I think i've got it all wrong. When i receive a call, there needs to be a GET url, which now i have linked to a mysql database, but i am having issues when i try to POST. Could you give me some recommendations?

You can check the templates we provide, which send POST requests. Go to the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM Integration > Select a template > Show template button.
