Ougoing calls routed to internal extension...

At the risk of sounding like a total pratt, I'm experiencing an issue where any outgoing calls are being redirected to an internal extension (000 in this case)?

I know I'll be doing something stupid, but I can't find anything untoward?

Tripple checked Outbound Routes/SIP Rules etc?

Any advice would be very much appreciated...

If this is affecting all outbound calls, first place I would start - checked the activity log, to see if this can
point you in the correct direction.

Have you unticked 'Allow outbound calls' on the SIP

Has it worked at all, if so any changes done to the 3CX system.

Yep, the allow outbound is ticked on the SIP. This is a new install, but set-up exactly the same as the previous dozen I've done recently - I can't see what I'm missing??

Its slightly different issue (I think) to what I suggested, it's diverting the outgoing call to the operator extension. So all outgoing calls from all phones are dialling the operator extension (000 in this instance).

However, I've changed the operator extension, yet calls are still routed to 000??

The Activity log isn't showing anything in particular?

I'm not sure how that is possible. If you follow the call log from the initial Invite from the extension, the log will show why the call goes where it does. You may have to increase the detail of the logs.

Do you receive inbound calls on the trunk group?

I managed to do that to myself - I was given the wrong IP addressing (should have noticed really, but was being lazy and copy/pasting information without checking it.

So your trunk IP was actually your own Public IP?
