Out Going Calls and REALM

I have a problem making out going calls via a voip provider.

Incoming calls work fine, however outgoing fails when authenticating the call.

Proxy-Authenticate: Digest
which means the REALM should be my voip providers realm and not 3CXPhoneSystem.

Is there any way to change this so as to get outgoing calls working?

When PBX is registering against a provider it send REGISTER w/out authentication first. Provider answers with 401 or 407 reply which provides realm. Than PBX sends second REGISTER with that realm in the digest authentication.
