outbound call gives engaged tone

Hi,

Have set up 3cx and am unable to make outbound calls. Can receive inbound calls, can call between extensions and perform call transfers but cannot dial any outbound number, even virtual numbers. VOIP provider is Inphonex. Here is a copy of the log for the failed call.

3CX Phone System Version6.0.806.0 using grandstream ht386 setup as per the guide.

did you set outbound rools ?

I've tried with and without outbound rules. Do I have to have outbound rules set, if so what guidelines would you suggest?

Hi all, sussed it.

Whilst I'd done all the bits in the router and clicked on unblock at the windows firewall prompt, seems it didn't open all the ports needed.

Turning off the windows firewall allowed outbound calls to be made.
