Before you proceed any further, you must ensure that your PBX passes all the firewall checks. You need to have full cone NAT enabled, and SIP ALG must be disabled. Please take a look at the below link to help you troubleshoot your firewall issues:

https://www.3cx.com/support/firewall-configuration/

Need more info on your setup, as the error message relates to the patton, is the patton device local to the 3CX server.

If not how have you configured the patton.

my setup is
analog from isp to HG8245Q to allvpn10 to switch

allvpn10 (was for connection between 2 building ).

and my pattan to the switch and pattan ip is 10.90.90.198

3cx inside server with ip 10.90.90.101

in the 3cx i put the host for sip the pattan ip 10.90.90.198

after that the 3cx make me download the config file to upload to the patten and it work fine

only the problem is with outbound call , and i am sure is because of the fire wall .

sorry for my bad english :)

thanks Saqqara

that what i am trying to do , but there no firewall configuration for my router which is allnet allvpn10

If the Patton is on the local network, VPN, or otherwise, which it sounds to be, then the firewall should not be involved. You might check to see if there is an internal log in the Patton that would show you if it is getting an Invite (but has an issue), when you try to place an outgoing call.

@leejor is correct, the firewall is nothing to do with this issue as the outbound call is going outbound via and FXO line and not IP.

One thing which sometimes gets people (and can be a problem if your network setup is complicated) is the default route in the Patton, check this is configured correctly: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/patton-network-configuration/

And as per the above suggestion log the call from the Patton (get into the box via CLI) run the following commands specific to FXO:

enable
configure
debug ccfxo
debug fxo
debug call-control
debug call-router
debug context sip-gateway transport
debug context sip-gateway error

... don't forget to turn off debugging (if you turn it on) : with the command "no debug all"
