I am trying to understand when I dial a number in E164 format i.e +44 or +353 how it is being processed by 3cx.
In the trunk settings I have no Caller ID option enabled or any reformatting setup. Outbound parameters are all default.
What I am seeing in the invite the number formatted as +44 but I see the following in the logs before it hits any of my outbound rules
01/02/2024 12:11:47 - Looking for outbound rule: dialed = [+44xxxxxxxxxx], processed: [0044xxxxxxxxxx]; from-ext:
+353 is similar in that it drops the Country code altogether.
01/02/2024 12:25:18 - Looking for outbound rule: dialed = [+353087xxxxxxx], processed: [087xxxxxxx]; from-ext:
Can I ask where this is been processed in 3CX?
