Outbound Caller ID behavior

User1 -> Extension 5152
Cell 555-555-5555 (Ring My Mobile Checked)
DID 555-555-5152

User2 -> Extension 5150
DID 555-555-5150

Scenario 1 - External Call with Mobile Forward On
External User 555-555-9999 Calls into User1 Extension 5152.
Call comes in 3CX App, Deskphone, Webapp from 555-555-9999
Mobile Call comes in as 555-555-9999 (Using OriginatorCallerID or EnforcedOriginatorCallerID in Outbound Parameters)
Mobile otherwise would come in as UNKNOWN, MAIN DID#, 555-555-5152 or 555-555-5555 (Obviously I don't want any of these)

Scenario 2 - Internal Call with Mobile Forward On
User2(Ext5150) calls User1(5152)
Call comes in 3CX App, Deskphone, Webapp from 5150 User2Name
Mobile Call comes in as 555-555-5150 (Using OutboundCallerID or EnforcedOutboundCallerId in Outbound Parameters)
Mobile otherwise would come in as UNKNOWN, MAIN DID# or 555-555-5555 (Obviously I don't want any of these)

Problem: Outbound calls with Ring My Mobile seem to be treated as coming from the User Extension so I can't have different Outbound Rules and change the trunk to use the different field accordingly. Any ideas?

I figured out a solution that should work in my case.
I leave the Outbound Parameter-From:User Part as "OrginatorCallerID" Original Caller will be sent. This means that External calls will work.

Then I go under Caller ID in the SIP Trunk and add some Outbound pattern replacement rules. Luckily all my extension correspond to their respective DID so I think this will work.

Source Pattern - Replace Pattern - Notes
(..........) - \1 - 10 digit number "do nothing"
(..........) - \1 - 11 digit number "do nothing"
(5)(...) - 555555\1\2 - 4 digits starting with a 5 it replaces as 555-555-5XXX


If anyone has a better way, please let me know.
