Outbound caller ID for PSTN Line

Can someone help please Ive tried everything but the caller id on my PSTN Line will not work but I have a Voip line the caller Id works fine Ive checked the settings for both they seem the same but the voip line has a number in the caller id but the pstn line dosent can some one please help

Unless I am sorely mistaken your PSTN CID is controlled completely by the provider, no entries in 3CX can override the actual PSTN CID. And that CID would be the number assigned to the PSTN line by your Telco.
