Hi,
On the 3cx installation of our company the outbound caller id of the users disappears constantly but not on all the users, I noticed strange behavior of the provisioning of the phones in the logs (screenshots) Apparently this happens only for us and not on the installation we have performed for our customers.
We have 5 phones, 4 Yealink T57W and 1 Yealink T58W, in the configuration of the user I can enter the numbers, but anyway, when I put it in, it disappears after one or two days EXCEPT on the T58W so I don’t know at all what it can be, but I may have an idea:
Our extensions correspond to the IP of the phones so the phone in 192.168.50.20 is assigned to the user 20, up to 24 the 20 being the T58W we never change places or users on the phones, in the logs when the 20 requests provisioning, User 20 is assigned to it and here the outgoing calls identifier never disappears.
On the other hand for the other 4, they mix with the 21, no idea why and I think that can be, in the process the identifier is lost... except that in our customers they happen the same thing or provisioning mixes a little but the identifiers are not lost so... I do not know.
As a result, outgoing calls are indicated with the numbers of the switchboard and therefore customers who want to call us do not have our direct lines and it is difficult to call us back.
I tried a lot of things but nothing worked, I don’t even know if the two problems are related... so if you have any ideas they are welcome.
