Outbound Caller ID Not Working – Internal Trunk

Helle,

We have a trunk that is setup in 3CX, and whenever we dial out, no matter what we do, it will only show the trunk ID as the caller ID, it won't show the internal extension number when dialing out via trunk

Below is a capture of a user dialing FROM extension 5104 TO extension 6299, but it shows 5999 NOT 5104.

Any idea what I am missing?
 
The main trunk number is 5999? Thats not a phone number.
 
@bitn2 that’s sort-of correct. This is an internal trunk to their legacy phone system, so the desired effect is that when dialing to that system, the internal extension appears (5104 in this case) not the DID.
