Outbound Caller ID

I am trying to change or override the SIP trunks caller ID in 3cx. Where can i go to change the Name is displays going out to the receivers

Many providers do not allow this, have you confirmed that yours does?

I use intermedia. I had to ask them to adjust it on their end. Not a pbx issue
