3CX 18.0 (Build 965)
Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Hosted on premise VM
Provisioning method: local
Trunk provider: Voip.ms
Firewall checker : passed
Custom Templates: No
I've just signed up and installed my first 3CX PBX, and I am moving though the training. So far everything seems to work well except outbound calls. When I dial from the 3CX softphone, or a Yealink configured phone I get a fast busy. The softphone shows "internal server error".
I went back and redid the outbound rules exactly as showed in the training so I don't think it's that.
I am behind a NAT router so I think it has to do with the field "Choose which IP is the Default Internet facing IP Address. (Default gateway)" in the "Public IP" tab of "Network Settings". Currently this shows my private LAN IP and not the public IP of the connection. When I look on the dashboard under information I see "IPv4: My_Wan_IP Dynamic" in red so I'm thinking red indicates an error?
Finally in the activity log it shows "failed, cause: Cause: 503 Service Unavailable/INVITE from IP_of_trunk_provider
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
