Hello! I found the below from a fellow member but he didn't mention how he replaced the ports of 3cx+GSM to default: 5060 , can someone help?

3CX SIP ports can only change during installation (clean or from backup).

Unless you defined custom ports during installation though, you should already have the defaults.
