I just configured my first 3CX hosted at Telin.
I am able to receive calls with no problems
I am not able to make outgoing calls. The calls go thru and you hear the ringing but it does not reach the destination.
In other words, if I dial my cell phone number from a web client. You can hear it ringing but the call does not reach my cell phone.
I have setup an outbound rule with 0-9,+ and setup the first route with Telin
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried calling numbers other than your own mobile?

Have you checked the 3CX Activity Log to confirm that the call was sent to your provider

If you confirm that the calls do go to your provider, you may want to contact them to see if they are able to assist with troubleshooting, as it may be that they are not completeing the call for some reason, and that reason may be an incorrectly formatted numbrr.

I have tried all the recommendations as posted above to no avail. I spent a couple of hours trying different configurations and no success. I just opened a ticket with Telin and as soon as they respond, I will update here.
Thank you for your help.

I hope this helps someone out there. I called Telin for support and the reason the outbound calls were not working is because we needed to create two outbound rules.
1. We created a 10 digit outbound rule with "Calls to Numbers with a length of" has to be a 10 and the route must have a prepend of +1
2. We created another 11 digit outbound rule with "Calls to Number with a length of" has to be an 11 and the route must have a Prepend of + sign only.

Thank you all for your help and I hope this helps anyone out there using Telin as your provider.

It sounds as if they require national numbers to be in the format of +1xxxxxxxxxx (they need the leading +), so your outbound rule has to accomodate that. If you choose to dial numbers using 10 digits, or 11 digits but not actually dialling a +, then, yes you would require more than one rule.

I have to assume that in this case, the 1 is a country code (North America) and not a long distance access code as is usually the case.
