Outbound calls not working on Internode SIP with 3CX

Hey guys,

First time install here so just getting the hang of the settings but am stuck on this outbound calls not connecting issue. Incoming calls work perfectly, just outbound has these errors below.

Im gathering its the 604 error that a lot of people have in the forum. I have checked the Outbound rules which I also posted below.

Any help would be fantastic please???

Not sure if that's a supported SIP provider or not but as the 604 is coming from the provider they would be the ones to ask why they are rejecting your calls. Could be formatting, callerid, or IP.

This is one thing that drew my attention. In your Management Console, go to Settings --> Network, and maybe check that the "External IP Configuration" is correct. If your Public IP is Static, make sure you have selected it and are using the correct IP.

FYI For everyones elses benefit trying to get Internode SI working with 3CX I nutted out the issue.

You need to go into outbound settings and change the Requested Line URI to the screenshot variable below in the photo. I did this and worked straight away.

Lots of hours of troubleshooting to get this sussed, even Internode themselves were of no help.

Hope this helps someone else out down the track.
