Hello,

We are based in Switzerland and have a 3CX installation with 3 sip trunks. Two SIP trunks from Swisscom that are working perfectly fine and one from UPC Cablecom.
With UPC cablecom sip trunk we are not able to make outbound calls, we followed this guide https://www.3cx.com/docs/upc-business-swiss-sip-trunk/ but nothing works.
The calls are rejected with 404 not found. We configured the outbound rules but still getting 404.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this ?

Yes talk to UPC Cablecom. 404 not found is returned by them, so you should be talking to them to see why they are rejecting the call.

Hi @jleontidis

Check your activity log and see if the call is going out from 3CX. If it is and you are receiving a 404 from your provider then you should talk to them and see why the call is rejected.
The higher the logging level is the more details you will see.

Is it the outbound 2, that is not working? (It might be an idea to use the provider name, in the rules.) If so, it may be because you are sending 3 zeros before the number. I would not think that is going to work. Try either prepending with a single zero, or stripping 1 digit, as you've done in the other trunk rule.

Thank you for your reply. I will contact UPC to check with them.

No. None is working. I have the exact same rules for another provider and it works like charm
