We are trying to get 3cx tested and working reliably before we go full steam with it. Some days we can make call and some we can't. Today, we can't and are seeing this after we try to make a call.

Amazon Chime Voice Connector) has failed. 0.0.0.0 replied: 503 Transport failure: no transports left to try; warning: No other DNS entries to try (7,110); internal

Also, often when it does work it takes a good 15 seconds before the call rings. Ext to Ext is fine. We are self hosting in AWS, and used the 3cx installer to configure the instance. Not sure what else to check. We have SSH'd into that instance and DNS resolves very well.

Hello @itxpt

Did you use the included Amazon Chime template to add the trunk? Did you run the firewall checker test?
Have you tried switching the trunk to UDP to see if that helps? You can do that from the "Options" tab of the trunk.

I had found a post concerning the UDP setting, changed it on AWS and 3cx and all seems great now, no more delays.

Glad to see the change helped. I will set this thread to Solved but please feel free to create a new thread if you face any more issues.
