OUTBOUND CID NAME Based on Outbound Rule

I have 3 trunks that I use for calling out.
Depending on which department is originating the call, based on my outbound rules, a specific trunk "Inbound" CID number is selected.
I am trying to have a CID Name correspond to that inbound CID Number.

Example:
Company 1 inbound number 111-111-1111
Company 2 inbound number 222-222-2222

Company 1 calls out using outbound rule 1, outbound trunk 333-333-3333 is used, and CID Number shows 111-111-1111, but CID Name shows info for 333-333-3333
at the same time Company 2 calls out using outbound rule 2, outbound trunk 444-444-4444 is used, and CID Number shows 222-222-2222, but CID Name shows info for 444-444-4444

Is there a way to correct this?

My provider is VOIP.MS and has advised me that the CID Name would be sent by 3CX.

You can send one company name per trunk you have. So when a call goes out from trunk 1 that company name will be sent.

You need to add it as a custom field in the From : Display Name or Remote Party ID - Calling Party : Display Name (not sure exactly what it is for Voip.ms).
