Outbound Direct sip calls fail

Hello,
i'm testing SIP direct in Phone system PRO V16 and 3cx client for windows. Inbound calls are working just fine, but when i try to dial from my client [email protected] , the call is failing. Invite TO header is sip:namesip.testdomain.com@IP , the symbol '@' is not recognized and not send in sip invite.
Can anyone help?

Try toggling the option in your management console under Network Settings > FQDN > Allow calls from/to external SIP URIs

the calls from/to external SIP URIsare allowed in network settings, also for extension sip id=name is set in options.

Sorry, the client does not support this, the "@" sign is indeed stripped as you have noted.
