Hello, this is my first post on the forum so forgive me if I leave anything out.
We recently got new outbound IP addresses from Bandwidth due to the stir/shaken compliance changes. We have a hot cut scheduled this Saturday to change over the inbound IP.
We currently host 55 phone systems through OVH, I took some time and changed all of the outbound IPs over to the new ones with bandwidth, they gave me two outbound IPs and I chose the nearest one as the primary, while using the other as the alternative proxy.
After the change, three of our phone systems cannot make outbound calls when the new IPs are entered. Two of the are some of our oldest systems, roughly 4-5 years, and one is one of the newest, made last month.
We have extensively cross referenced these systems with the other ones that are working, and we cannot find any differences.
If we replace the new IPs with what we were using before, these systems still work.
Bandwidth sent me an error report, but it is littered with our public IP addresses, and the forum advises against posting those in a thread, so I am unable to post the error info here.
I will post a snippet showing the nature of the error with the numbers removed in hopes that it will help give information about the issue. There is another portion to the info that Bandwidth sent me, but I did not see any errors in that bit.
