Outbound Redial Rules

Hello All,

I current have an outbound rule set that 9 must be dialed to make an outbound call. But we run into issues when trying to redial from soft phones because the 9 isn't automatically added to allow the outbound call. Also the + isn't being stripped. How can I have the + stripped from inbound call and have the 9 added so the redial can be used?

While you can create new outbound rules to accommodate re-dialling numbers as-is, the easiest thing to do is re-format the caller ID, adding, or removing the required digits/characters.
