outbound routes? codes allowing/disallowing LD?

No, at the moment I don't believe there is a way. It would be a good feature to have since I seem to be running into more often these days.

Wouldn't it be posible to create a non-existant virtual gateway and then create a rule that directs long distance traffic to this gateway?
