Outbound Rule Ext.

When I dial out an extension for (internal) user 123 it automatically adds the trunk phone number like +15555557777;ext=123.

Can you please clarify... this is the caller ID you are talking about?

You are making an internal call, to another extension, not a call using the outbound rules, and the called party doesn't simply see the extension number?

Sorry for the bad explanation, I'm trying to make an internal call to another extension, when call to 123 automatically this becomes in this +15555557777;ext=123. and it says the call couldn't be completed.

Did you look over the 3CX Activity Log (Verbose) , for the call, to see if it offers some help in determining what might be happening?
