outbound rule for swedish users

yes i'm from sweden. i try to do a outbound rule that works for sweden. with all modern number series. e.g 08,010 etc
if i set the rule to match numbers that starts with +46 it works, but if i use that the 3cx internal numbers not work
and if i try toset an * as a sort of wildcard it totaly fail
so please if any swedish users here please help

Please note, the Outbound is read from the top to bottom, and use first match.

Your SIP Trunk has to support that you send calls without +46 or 0046, but test with the below:

Create an outbound rule (as I think you dial 0 in front of your National Numbers)
Select a Group of Agents, eg Default
Remember to place the new rule at the top of your rules, and test.
