Good morning everyone.
I have a 3CX v.20 Update 1 with two SIP trunks, two departments and several extensions.
I split the estensions into two departments and I created two outgoing rules.
The first rule is Calls from departments "Department1" --> route0 - SIP Trunk 1
The second rule is "Calls from departments "Department2" --> route0 - SIP Trunk 2.
However, this rule doesn't work! All calls come out of SIP Trunk 1 (or the first top rule).
I tried removing the department and inserting the range of extensions involved and it works correctly.
Why? It's as if the var. "Department" was not taken into consideration.
Below I will insert some images of the configuration that is giving me problems.
Can anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you

I have very same problem and I can confirm existence of this problem. For now there is no other way than inserting the ranges.

I hope the 3CX technical staff is aware of this.
@MarcelloL_3CX what do you think about it?

@bytesolutions are your extensions members of more than one Dept?

Update: The problem is solved on Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 688 Alpha). It's ok now.
