Hello,

I have a DAG1000-4O as FXS gateway and configured inbound with all user/password on specific ports and on gateway. Whenever I dial, the incoming caller ID shows the account ID mapped to particular number( which is okay as my ISP has no caller id feature). But whenever I make an outgoing call with below prefix it routes the call from prefix # 3 instead of #0. If I unplug the #3 cable then it will route #2

Thanks

This is because you can not choose which port of a gateway to route an outbound call through, within the PBX, the routing is done by the gateway itself.

Just to update this thread for future reference.

The gateway became self-aware and decided to route calls on any port. Simple factory reset, updated it with correct parameters and voila its back in action!.

Issue resolved.

The same issue is back, When I check the logs it shows:
13/07/2022 14:19:52:434 | 10 | [CM303003]: There are no available outbound lines on gateway DAG-FXS- () at this time. First line: Lc:10000(@dag-FXS- ()[<sip:[email protected]:5060/UDP>])

Some how it reverts back to same setting. Maybe this FXS gateway works best with one pot line than multiple. I will check with manufacturer.

Any recommended FXS gateway?

Thanks
