Guys :

Im having a in inbound directed to a ring and timeout after 10 seconds if no answer. when the no-answer is met then forwarded to an extension which is a forward itself to an outside number. When no extensions in the ring group answer, the incoming call is correctly forwarded to the outside number (via the forward-all-calls setting on the extension).

Well the thing is, the success rate is about 50%. When the forward doesn´t happen the calling party is hanged upon immediately after the the timeout for no answer happens: Here is the message from the log :

20:55:41.253 [CM303006]: There's no outbound rule for external number '005411325678978' defined

The thing is : how could the outbound rule "not be" for some calls and "be" for others. (from the same number, to the same DID)

Thanks for any help.

Hi!

We have a similar problem on two installations (latest v8), but we don´t get anything through... When we try to forward external calls to outside numbers we get this error when we try to forward calls from an extension..

[CM303006]: There's no outbound rule for external number '07353xxxxx' defined

When we try to forward an active call, we get the following
10:39:54.480 [CM503016]: Call(102): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]> failed. Reason: Not Found
10:39:54.480 [CM503014]: Call(102): No known route to target: <sip:[email protected]>
10:39:54.475 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:[email protected]>
10:39:54.474 [CM505003]: Provider:[085xxxxxxx] Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [LEICA-1.8.29.1] PBX contact: [sip:[email protected]:5060]

Best regards,
Joakim

how does our outbound rules look like? Do u add the prefix to the nummer u are frwding to?

why do u frwd to a number and then to an extern phone?
U can directly frwd to an external number...

Hi Stefan,

I´m using an outbound rule where I strip 0 digits and allow all extension with numbers 400-498 to dial out.

I do not add the prefix (tried with cell phone that has an area code). I can directly forward an to a external number.

Best regards,
Joakim
