Solved Outbound SMS and Replies

I have noticed that the 1st outbound SMS message never gets replied to. Instead, a new "thread" starts with the reply and back-and-forth communications.
Is there a setting that can be tweaked to keep all communications together?

Regarding your question, ensure that the DID numbers entered in 3cx and, from the VoIP provider's side, are all in E164 international format (e.g., +1234567890)

Thanks, will give that a try. I believe on both they are just 1234567890 without the +
