Outbound SMS No Documentation

I recently upgraded to version 20.0 for 3cx and I am trying to set up text messaging, but I see no reference on how to set this up for outbound new SMS. I can chat to my other employees through the chat, but I cannot send any new SMS or MMS. The 3cx documentation only references inbound sms. I am using Flowroute too.

The outbound SMS is by default enabled for all extensions. If the SMS is configured properly you will be able to see the below option when you try to create a new SMS:

To be able to send an SMS, you just need to have an SMS-enabled DID assigned to your extension or be an agent in a queue that has an SMS-enabled DID.
