outgoing call: being put on hold

hello,

I have a problem.

When I call some external numbers (now occured with 2 numbers), I am being put on hold - even before it is connected.

It is definitively a problem on our side because first of all it is our holding music and second of all other people have no problem connecting to this number.

the person who is being called picks up the phone but cannot hear anything.

I was comparing the log with the log of a working call and found this:

the a=sendonly should be wrong but why is it doing that and how can I change it?

You haven't provided a lot of information...

What type of set are you using? Is it the same as the others that have not yet had the problem?

What version of 3CX are you using?

Is this a new install?

Has this happened on internal, or external calls, one type only? If external, what type of trunking are you using? Is there a second provider to route calls over to see if it occurs with them?

At what point does this occur, just after dialling, after you are connected, etc. ?

Have you tried swapping out your set?

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "set".

It's the latest version of the 3cx softphone.

It is not a new install. It was working perfectly fine and suddenly this problem occured.

It only happens with 2 external numbers. Every other external number we dial is working fine.

It happens directly aftr dialling i.e. before it is even connected.
