when i try to call from a client using the dyndns domain of the 3cx server it gives me an error message
21:24:32.188 [CM503013]: Call(15): Incoming call rejected, caller is unknown; msg=SipReq: INVITE [email protected]:5060 tid=xxxxxx.HRHAN cseq=INVITE [email protected]:5060 / 4930 from(wire)

when its the local lan domain it works, how can i specify in teh 3cx android client a domain to be used for the call ID but different form the server domain actually connecting to?

The IP for external connection can not be. this is an internal IP i guess u have set the phone wrong up.
Also 3CX does not give any support on non static IP server. 10.70.x.x:5060

the second ip adress is one of my ISP not form my lan, i messed that up when removing personal informations (like exact ip or exact host name)

so it should have been:

[CM503013]: Call(15): Incoming call rejected, caller is unknown; msg=SipReq: INVITE [email protected]:5060 tid=xxxxxx.HRHAN cseq=INVITE [email protected]:5060 / 4930 from(wire)

Put your dyndns "name"(x.dyndns.org) in the domain name space, in 3CX (PBX)

At least, I think, that's what you are trying to achieve.

It's in the advanced settings, left hand column of 3CX.
