Hello. I have a brand new installation of 3CX, self hosted. Every extension is giving a message, "Call forbidden by administrator" without any ringing.

I have outgoing rules setup. I've tried 7 digit, 10 digit, 11 digit formats. I have made sure that extensions are allowed to dial external calls. Calls to North America and Canada are allowed in my system.

The error message in the event viewer is: Call or Registration to 716<redacted>@(Ln.10000@Flowroute) has failed. sip:<redacted>:5060;lr replied: Forbidden (403)

This isn't my first setup and I've never had this issue before. I'm not sure where to go next to look at what the cause may be.

This message is from "redacted" is this the ip or name of your provider? Than ask them.

If anyone is curious, it was a billing issue with the trunk provider (dumb, I know).
