Outgoing Calls Unknown

Hi 3CX,

I'm starting with this platform and everything now looks OK,

I added a SIP trunk provider and I configured my extensions to outgoing to this trunk provider.

The calls from this extensions are working fine but the problem is that they receive the calls as private, (unknown) I would like that destination phones can see my Call ID number (number of my SIP trunk)

Can somebody help me with it? Is there any option to make it possible?

Are you using a supported provider or not? If not then the Outbound parameters of the trunk might need adjusting as not all providers use the same SIP fields to read the number from. It could also be that your provider requires the number in a different format. The best option is to contact your provider and ask what the right settings are and then make the appropriate adjustments. I would not recommend performing any changes to the trunk settings without knowing the correct settings as this could break outbound calling completely.
