Hello all,

I have an issue with outgoing calls with a local operator.

After completing 3CX configuration all incoming and outgoing calls worked without any issue, but now we are facing with issue when operator is doing outgoing call and external user don't hear anything.
We've checked all port-forwarded rules, did test with internal firewall checker, checked SIP ALG on mikrotik router, contacted with IP provider and changed codecs without any success in terms of resolving the issue.

I've attache some dumps with outgoing calls. Could you suggest something in terms of what else could checked, reconfigured?

Hi @Oleg Sviryd

I took a quick look at the capture and I don't understand exactly what your configuration is. You do have a second NIC on the PBX to speak to the providers box? If so then your static routes are wrong because the audio is being sent to the wrong IP and port.

Port forwarding and SIP ALG checks have nothing to do with this because your traffic is going to a local IP.

Hello,

Nope, we have only 1 network adapter on a virtual linux machine where 3CX application was installed. We have a special route on mikrotik to navigate tcp packets to SIP server.

Something there is not working correctly. I suggest you have another look at the configuration.

I would check the Microtik, the only issues with voice on the 3CX has come from a Microtik router in our experience.
