Hello,
I'm new to VoIP an 3CX PBX so please excuse me if my following question is stupid, but unfortunately I still can't solve it.
I successfully installed and configured 3CX PBX on xp machine in small network behind NAT and firewall. I can make a calls in my network between softphones and ip phones without problems, but I'd also like to be able to make a call to another networks.
I have several testing SIP accounts on iptel.org, so I want to reach them.

As the pc with 3CX is behind firewall I set up rules as suggested, firewall checker shows, that it is OK.
I don't have any IP provider yet - I'm not sure if I can make an outgoing call without it.

Could please anyone give me an advice how to get outgoing calls working?

regards
Jan

You would add trunks, in 3CX to link to this provider.

What do you mean by this? You don't have high speed internet? If not, then , no, you won't be able to establish a connection with any VoIP provider.

Thanks for answer.

I meant VoIP provider/trunk in 3CX

You dont have an outbound rule for 3cx to know where to route the call

you can set one up with a mask for iptel.org or one for a 7 digit number and route it through the provider. Then it should work

There is no "default" outbound route in 3cx so you have to set them up.
