Outgoing international Calls

I'm having trouble making international outgoing calls.
Local calling (Singapore) is fine but calling any international number will cause the line not to go through.

I'm currently on 3CX free tier with SIP trunk provider Cal4Care.
Asking the support from my SIP trunk provider proved to be not useful.
Is there any settings that I am missing?

This has to be clarified with your provider as from the PBX side international calls are allowed.

tried calling malaysia zoom number +60 392121727 as an example, rang once and dropped
Later was advised to call 0060392121727 instead and it worked.
No idea what is the config/update that's required for the international number format to work.

Which template you have selected to connect with the Cal4Care? As i can see they reply with a 404, so from the PBX side the call is send to the provider.

not that sure about your question.
The only config on 3cx done with regards to my SIP trunk provider was to enter the authenticationID/pw for the SIP trunk.

This has to be clarified with the provider as he should accept the E164 format.
