Running 3cx Version Professional Perpetual 16.0.676 16.
Windows 10 Pro on desktop.
Desktop Yealink SIP-T22P phone. FW Version 7.73.0.60
Outlook plug appears to be successfully installed at client desktop.
When a call comes in the contact from outlook pops up on the client computer. Which indicates the plug in is working. However, click to call from withing outlook is not working. When clicking the "call contact with 3cx" within outlook nothing happens at the desk top Yealink phone. The Deskphone(CTI) activates by showing the softphone key pad and the phone receiver below the number pad as red. However, it does not activate the desktop Yealink phone. Nothing happens at the Yealink phone.
Also not sure if this helps but click to call does work using the Softphone in the 3cx client. Click to call dials the contact successfully.
This functionality has worked in the past but is now not working. Not sure what changed.
