outlook / crm pop up based on DID/DDI name

Helo all,

I am looking to change the 3cx phone outlook popup, or use external application to present a "contact" based on DID/DDI name, and not on caller ID.
Any thoughts?
What we want to achive is that when there is a call, based on DID name a "contact" opens and displays information that helps respond to the caller.
