I'm trying to configure the outlook integration with 3cx, these are the steps I made so far
I enabled the integration for the user then in their PC installed the integration in outlook
they can call from outlook, setup conference with outlook
but contacts are not synchronizing with 3CX and 3CX isn't synchronizing with outlook
when I get a call in 3CX, a window opens in outlook to create a new contact, but only the number is filled even though the call is coming from a registered contact in 3CX
I'm not sure what is it that I'm missing
any help would be appreciated
