Outlook Journal + Windows Client

Is there a way to display calls in the journal in Outlook 2016/2019/365? Our customer had the option of storing and sending a telephone note with XPhone. That would be nicely integrated with Outlook Journal.

Call Journaling in Outlook only works with Outlook 2010. Microsoft has deprecated it in Outlook 2013, so the API to create events there doesn't work anymore.

Okay.. so i need a 3rd party tool like "tapicall" for this solution... For some customer a journal feature (also with an remark) is necessary.
