Outside Business Hours / Holiday

Where do I go to set the Digital Receptionists Office Hours and have the ability to use a different one when the office is closed, or when there is a Holiday ? I can't seem to find the option anywhere.

Do you not do this on the SIP/Trunk config, not the IVR
