I would like a welcome message played before phoning a call group, however I can hear the hold music playing in the background. I would also like it so that there is just a normal ring, then play hold message, then ring, hold message, etc. Is this possible on 3CX?
I am only allowing two calls to come through at one time, as this customer gets 3000+ calls a month. However, if a third caller phones it just gets cut off striaght away - don't suppose a message could be playing instead of it cutting off?
