Override away status for internal call from one specific extension

Hi,

is there any way to override the away status for one specific extension? So that we can achieve that one specific extension can call our internal numbers, even if the status of the called extension is set to away?
We used that before with our former phone system. Even if I set my status to away, our main desk was still able to get me on my internal number.

Have you tried using exceptions on the recipient extensions?

Tested, not working :-(
Our main desk is getting not found/available when I have set to away and added an exception that calls from the main desk should be routed to my extension.

Are you looking to block all calls during Away status, or just external calls?

What is your exact scenario? There may be other ways of achieving what you want

When set to away all incoming calls (external and internal) except one specific internal extension should be handled as set in the status.
This one specific internal extension, let's call it the red Batphone, should come through at any time and any status on every internal extension.
