own created 3CX HTTP API (Like REST API)

I`ve made an HTTP API to control the 3CX from our Call Center Software.
Now i would like to share my work to other. I hope we can make it to a more powerfull API.

The last Alpha / Beta update broke the attended transfer function (JoinCalls).

The function for the attended Transfer is broken since the new Alpha Version.
All other works.
