Owner Role no access to Outbound rules.

I'm working on an issue for a customer. https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/access-roles/ says that the Owner role has access to Outbound rules, the customer can see the tab but it has no contents. Likewise for trunks. They are currently running 20.0.4.487. Is this resolved in 20.0.5.384 or am I missing something?

This also depend if in the outbound rule you have added a Department. If you add for example the Default department and the Owner is also part of the department he will be able to see and edit the Outbound Rule:

Is your SIP Trunk System wide? Assign it to the department and the owner will be able to see it.

Will this break other departments? We have a default and secondary.

IOW the Owner can only see things that belong to their department. Think, Owner of one company in a multi-tenant install. So if the trunk needs to apply to the top/server level, and not be limited to one department, then the person needs to be System Admin or higher.

Thanks for the replies. Had to give one of the customer users "System Owner" as "System Admin" has no access to reports. Not our favourite solution but here we are.
