Just purchased and set up a Grandstream GSC3510 for an paging/announcements. It's not loud enough at all. I believe I have it turned to max volume. Is there any other settings I can change to make it louder? It's really not effective at all.

If not, what's a good device that I should purchase as a replacement for this unit?

Thanks!

Look at the Algo sip speakers. Great for loud spaces

Thanks! Do you have a model you recommend? The 3CX is in the cloud and the devices will be connected via SBC. It has to be loud enough to hear about 50 feet away (it's an outdoor warehouse/garden center).

I was just looking at the Snom PA1, but I see it's end of life on the 3CX supported phones page.

Nice, thanks. Is that solely powered over PoE? How does it have enough power to get so loud considering the Grandstream (also PoE) was so bad?
Its PoE powered. its a horn speaker and PA devices is their specialty. Grandstream's product is just a regular type speaker and they don't specialize in PA equipment. The difference is night and day.

Fanvil PA2/3 is a supported replacement for the Snom PA1. They have an integrated amplifier that can drive an unpowered horn.

If anyone is still wondering the Fanvil PA2 works great and is very easy to setup. Just know, it can run off of POE and power an external speaker, however, only at 10 watts. If you get the external power adapter, then it pushes the power to 30 watts, and much louder.
