Does 3cx NOT support the SNOM PA1 anymore? Its still listed on their supported devices with instructions on how to provision. Only PA1 doesn't show up in phones anymore.

It is not provisioning when i follow that link. Going to factory reset it and see if that changes, but this information is wrong.

the guide also shows you known limitations for V18.

Yeah i see that now. That really sucks. Shouldn't I be able to manually register it?

PA1 is only supported for LAN (because everything else requires modern TLS which it doesn't support).

As such, don't expect to see it on a Hosted By 3CX system.

You can manually register any SIP standard/compliant device

we (snom) have launched a new version of the PA1 named PA1+. New hardware that supports also TLS. Please contact your local snom sales rep to get one to try or please drop me a message here! We are going to get in touch with 3CX to clarify provisioning asap!

Hi, this device is not included in the supported list, so there is not provisioning template.

You may configure it manually as shown here
